Conveniently situated in the city centre, you are 0.5 km from the medieval Old Town and the main business and entertainment area. Tallinn is one of the best retained medieval European towns, with its web of winding cobblestone streets and preserved properties from the 11th to 15th centuries. All the most important state and church buildings from the Middle Ages have been preserved in their basic original form, as well as many citizens’ and merchants’ residences, along with barns and warehouses from the medieval period. Tallinn Official Sightseeing Tour: Price per person: EEK 300 / EUR 20, child (ages 6-14): EEK 150 / EUR 10, child age 5 and younger: free. This trip combines a guided bus tour through the most interesting sections of the city and a walking tour around the well preserved medieval Old Tallinn. It is an excellent way for first-time visitors to get to know the city.

One-Bedroom Apartment (2+0)

There are 4 one-bedroom apartments, all accommodating up to 2 people. Apartments 9 and 11 have also got a single sofa-bed in the living-room (available on request). All apartments have a living-room together with an open kitchen and dining area. All bedrooms can be equipped with 2 single beds or with one large bed. Inform in advance which beds you require. All apartments have a bath, except for apartment 7 which has a shower.
2-Bedroom Business Class Apartment (3+0)

This apartment is on 2 levels and accommodates 3-5 people (3 in the bedrooms and 2 on the sofa bed). The sofa bed is free of charge and available on request. The lower floor comprises the sauna area, with a spacious relaxation room and Finnish sauna, steam sauna, Jacuzzi and shower. The upper floor is the living area with living room, dining area, kitchen, 2 bedrooms and bathroom. One bedrom is with double/twin beds, the other with a single bed (120x200 cm). Services: Free local phone calls, free transfer on arrival, cleaning and change of bed linen and towels on departure and once a week in case stay is longer than 7 days.
Two Bedroom Apartment (4+0)

There are 2 2-bedroom apartments of standard class, both of which are suitable for up to 4 people. Living room with sofas, dining table with chairs, stereo; 2 bedrooms, both with double or twin beds; kitchen: electrical stove, fridge/freezer, coffee machine, water boiler, dishes; bathroom: shower or bathtub and toilet. Apartment one has also a small sauna. Services: cleaning on departure, cleaning and change of towels and bed linen once a week in case stay is longer than 7 days.
3-Bedroom Apartment for max. 5 People (5+0)

The apartment consists of a living room with sofas and a dining table, 3 bedrooms - 2 with double/twin beds and one with a single bed (120 x 200 cm), a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. Cleaning and change of towels and bed-linen is provided once a week in case of stays longer than 7 days. Please inform Sakala Apartments in advance which beds configuration you require.
3-Bedroom Apartment for max. 6 People (6+0)

This apartment consists of a living room with sofas and a dining table, 3 bedrooms - all with double/twin beds, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. Cleaning and change of towels and bed linen are provided once a week in case of stays longer than 7 days. Please Inform Sakala Apartments in advance as to which bed configuration you require.
Business Suite 3-Bedroom Apartment (6+0)

There are 2 Business Suite Apartments, both suitable for up to 6 people and with a living space of 128 m². Both apartments are identical, spacious and have 3 bedrooms. There is a spacious living room with sofas, a stereo and an open kitchen with dining area. One bedroom has a double bed and 2 bedrooms have either 2 single beds or a double bed in each. Please inform us in advance of your request regarding the beds. The bathroom has a sauna, and there is also a guest toilet. Services: Free local phone calls, free transfer on arrival and on departure, cleaning on departure and every second day.

Guests are kindly requested to contact the Sakala Residence Apartments at least 1 day prior to arrival in order to arrange a check-in and key collection.

In case of arrival after 22:00, a late check-in fee will be charged. The same applies for early check-in (before 09:00), in which case an additional fee of 1 night will also be charged.
