There are fully furnished 2-bedroom business class apartments, located just in front of the Town Hall (address: Raekoja sq 8). Most of apartments are with sauna and sofa-bed in living-room.

Kitchen: electric stove, fridge with freezer, sink, dish washer, coffee machine, electric water kettle, dishes, cutlery, crockery. Please inform Raekoja Residence about the following:

1. Your arrival time in order to arrange a meeting for delivery of keys as there is no 24-hour reception.
2. If you need single beds or large beds.

Payment is due on arrival. The payment can be done in local currency. In case of arrival after 22:00, a late check-in fee will be charged. The same applies for early check-in (before 09:00), in which case an additional fee of 1 night will also be charged.
