Small (23 m²), renovated studio apartment for 1 to 2 people with 1 double bed, located in a newly renovated, historical wooden house (first floor). One bedroom is divided into 2 levels, with stairs leading to the second level.The first level of this bedroom forms a small study and the second level has double bed (140 cm), which is especially liked by children and young travellers. A printer and copy machine are available in the apartment. This apartment has a perfect old town location, only a 2-minute walk away from Town Hall Square and right next to Vabaduse Square, the central square of Tallinn. The house itself is an architectural monument from the beginning of the 20th century. Address: Suur-Karja Str. 18.

Renovated apartment (78 m²) for 4 to 6 people in a historical wooden house, with 2 bedrooms, a living room, 2 bathrooms and a dressing room. It is a 2-level apartment connected by wooden stairs.
