This cosy, renovated studio apartment (31 m²) for 1 to 3 people is located in a stone house (fifth floor, with elevator). There is a double bed (140 cm) and a sofa, with one extra bed possible. Free parking is available in the street. Toompea Castle and the Town Hall Square in the heart of the old town are just 10 to 12 minutes away. It is 3 stops by bus to Vabaduse Square, the main square of Tallinn. Address: Paldiski Str. 20.
Sugise Studio Apartment (2+0)

Small (23 m²), renovated studio apartment for 1 to 2 people with 1 double bed, located in a newly renovated, historical wooden house (first floor). There is a free parking space in the courtyard (reservation recommended). The apartment is located on a quiet street in the city centre. It is a 10- to 12-minute walk away from Toompea Castle and the Town Hall Square in the heart of the old town, and just a 7-minute walk away from the train station. Beautiful 50 m² apartment for 4 people, with big windows and high ceilings. There are 2 double beds and an extra bed can be added. One bedroom is divided into 2 levels, with stairs leading to the second level.The first level of this bedroom forms a small study and the second level has double bed (140 cm), which is especially liked by children and young travellers. A printer and copy machine are available in the apartment. This apartment has a perfect old town location, only a 2-minute walk away from Town Hall Square and right next to Vabaduse Square, the central square of Tallinn. The house itself is an architectural monument from the beginning of the 20th century. Address: Suur-Karja Str. 18.
Sugise 2-Bedroom Apartment (5+0)

Renovated apartment (78 m²) for 4 to 6 people in a historical wooden house, with 2 bedrooms, a living room, 2 bathrooms and a dressing room. It is a 2-level apartment connected by wooden stairs. The living room with cooking corner and one of the bathrooms are located on the first level. The 2 bedrooms, the second bathroom and the dressing room are located on the upper level. One bedroom has a double bed (160 cm), the other has a double bed (160 cm) and a single sofa bed. There is a double sofa bed in the living room, and an extra bed can be added as well. Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 10 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.
In case of no-show, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 3 years are charged EUR 5.00 per night and person for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.
There is no capacity for cots in the room.

Deposit Policy: 100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable.
